Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Return Process:
Contact me at richard@richarddarani.co.uk to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
I will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
3. Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
4. Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
