• How long does delivery take?

  Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express options are available at checkout.

• Where do you deliver?

  We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses only.

• Can I request a custom or personalised order?

  Yes. Use the contact form above and we will confirm whether your request is possible, together with any price, before work begins.

• What is your returns policy?

  You can request a return within 30 days of receiving an eligible item. Please contact us before sending anything back. Personalised products are not normally returnable for a change of mind, but this does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or incorrect.

• How are your products made?

  Every design is hand-drawn by Richard in Hornchurch. Many paper goods and gifts are made or finished in the studio, while selected clothing and other products are produced and dispatched by trusted print partners.
