Most orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days. Royal Mail delivery usually takes a further 3–5 working days. Available services and prices are shown at checkout.

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving an eligible item. Please contact us before sending anything back. Personalised products are not normally returnable for a change of mind, but this does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or incorrect.

Every design is hand-drawn by Richard in Hornchurch. Many paper goods and gifts are made or finished in the studio, while selected clothing and other products are produced and dispatched by trusted print partners.
