Delivery Information

UK delivery only

Orders placed through richarddarani.co.uk are currently available for delivery to United Kingdom addresses only. Prices and delivery charges are shown in GBP.

Dispatch times

Most orders are made, packed and dispatched within 2–3 working days. Selected clothing and other print-partner products may have different production times. Any available estimate will be shown on the product page or during checkout.

Delivery times and prices

Royal Mail delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Available delivery services and prices are calculated at checkout based on the products in your basket. Free standard delivery is applied automatically to qualifying UK orders over £25.

Some products fulfilled by print partners use separate delivery rates. These charges will be shown before payment.

Tracking

We will send a dispatch confirmation when your order leaves the studio or print partner. Tracking details will be included when the selected delivery service provides tracking.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us at richard@richarddarani.co.uk as soon as possible. We may not be able to change the address after an order has been dispatched.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional postage may be required before it can be sent again. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order is late or appears to be missing, email richard@richarddarani.co.uk with your order number so that we can investigate with the delivery provider.
