If you’re not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. I offer free returns to UK customers if the return is made within seven days of receipt, meaning I'll refund the return postage (restrictions apply).

How to Return an Item

 Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Return Process:

Contact me at richard@richarddarani.co.uk to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

 I will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

 3. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
