Delivery Information
UK delivery only
Orders placed through richarddarani.co.uk are currently available for delivery to United Kingdom addresses only. Prices and delivery charges are shown in GBP.
Dispatch times
Most orders are made, packed and dispatched within 2–3 working days. Selected print-partner products may have a different production estimate; any available estimate is shown with the product or during checkout.
Delivery times and prices
Royal Mail Standard delivery is usually 3–5 working days after dispatch. Tracked services may also be available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
UK Standard delivery prices
- Up to 100g: £1.10
- 101–250g: £2.20
- 251–500g: £3.50
- 501–750g: £3.75
- 751g–2kg: £4.65
Free Standard delivery is applied automatically to qualifying UK orders of £25 or more. Selected products fulfilled by print partners use separate delivery rates, which are shown before payment.
Tracking
We will send a dispatch confirmation when your order leaves the studio or print partner. Tracking details are included when the selected delivery service provides tracking.
Address changes, delays and lost orders
Please check your delivery address carefully. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to change an address after dispatch.
If your order is late or appears to be lost, please get in touch so we can investigate with the delivery provider. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returns
Eligible items can be returned by post within 30 days. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions, return address and return shipping label.
Personalised products are normally excluded from change-of-mind returns. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items are covered by your statutory rights. Read the full refund and returns policy.
