Returns Policy

At Richard Darani, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns policy.

How to Return an Item

1. Eligibility:

 Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Return Process:

Contact me at richard@richarddarani.co.uk to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

 I will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

 3. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact me immediately at returns@richarddarani.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
